Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimbo Rice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cassius Marcellus Clay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clay gets in close and instigates a clinch. Rice looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Rice struggles to land a body shot inside as Clay controls his hands.
Rice stops a takedown attempt from Clay.
Rice wants to break the clinch but can't.
Clay is trying to stall.
Clay has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Clay tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rice smiles and moves away.
Clay moves into the clinch. Clay is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Kimbo Rice has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cassius Marcellus Clay. Rice stops a takedown attempt from Clay.
Rice is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Clay is defending well for now. Clay is trying to stall.
Clay tries to pull guard but Rice holds him up against the cage and eventually Clay drops back down to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round. Clay trying to control but Rice is working from the bottom. Clay stops Rice from standing up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Clay wants to control from the top but Rice keeps moving. Clay is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Clay thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Clay throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Clay has managed to clinch.
Clay escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Clay lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Clay fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Clay moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Crunch! Clay slams his shin into Rice's torso. Clay looks for a takedown but Rice sprawls well. Clay goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. The fight moves into the clinch position. Clay breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A big left from Rice misses. Clay moves into the clinch successfully.
Clay jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rice walks away with a smile on his face. Clay gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Clay tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rice paws at him with a jab and circles away. Clay shoots in and drives through. Rice sprawls well. Rice tries to clinch but fails miserably and Rice takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Rice wants to clinch and Clay counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Kimbo Rice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Clay tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rice swivels and escapes. Clay lands with a slapping head kick. Clay takes the fight into the clinch. Clay stalling in the clinch but Rice improves position. Rice tries for a takedown but Clay manages to get underhooks.
Clay breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Clay gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Rice to score an easy takedown into full guard. Clay has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Rice has passed into side control.
Clay tries to improve position but can't.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Rice stands up and we're back to a striking position. Rice is looking to clinch but Clay is avoiding it.
Rice defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Clay. Clay throws a right and a left that Rice avoids nicely. Clay throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Rice's head. Rice scores with a punch to the head. Clay lands a high kick!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rice wants to clinch but Clay slips to the side and Clay counters with a flying knee. Nice. Clay tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rice swivels and escapes. Rice swats away the attempt to clinch by Clay. Clay tries to clinch up. Clay defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rice. Clay delivers a nice body kick. Clay rushes Rice and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Clay has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rice is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Clay drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kimbo Rice has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cassius Marcellus Clay. Clay drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Rice gets the underhooks and prevents it.

and Clay connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Clay misses with a wild combination.
Clay shoots in but Rice avoids the takedown attempt easily. Clay lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Clay looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rice is fending him off so far but Clay persists. Nope, Rice circles away and we're back to standing. Rice fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Clay sprawls well initially but Rice persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Clay is trying to maintain the position but Rice is very close to passing his half guard. Rice thows a huge punch but Clay dodges it nicely.
Rice tries to stand but can't do so whilst Clay controls his leg. Rice not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Clay tries to roll over but Rice keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rice missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Clay wants to get back to full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Excellent takedown into side control there by Rice. Rice decides to stand up, so the ref orders Clay to his feet. Clay fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Rice wants to clinch. Clay swinging wilding here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Clay closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Rice tries to circle away but Clay has him pinned against the cage. Clay wants to break the clinch but can't.

Clay tries to pull guard but Rice holds him up against the cage and eventually Clay drops back down to his feet.

Clay has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rice is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Rice throws an elbow but it misses.
Clay is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Rice is keeping busy. Clay takes an elbow to the temple. Clay is trying to force a seperation but Rice has the dominant position. Rice prevents the takedown attempt.
Rice lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Clay tries to break free but Rice pushes him back against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kimbo Rice dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Kimbo Rice's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Clay clinches but Rice breaks the clinch and Rice counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Rice. Clay jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rice walks away with a smile on his face. Clay gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Clay is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Clay scores with a nice body kick.
Clay wants to clinch and Rice holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Clay successfully pulls guard.

Clay looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rice is one step ahead there. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Clay holds on and takes a little breather.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clay avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Clay has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Clay wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rice gets slowly back to his feet. Rice clinches up against the cage. Rice gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Clay.

Rice creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Rice goes for a takedown attempt but Clay pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Clay shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rice as he avoids it easily. Clay is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Clay lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Rice gets a takedown into half guard. Rice prevents Clay from improving his position. Rice is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Clay gets back to full guard.
Clay not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Rice might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Rice throws and elbow that misses. Clay uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Rice's guard. Nice move by Clay! Rice is looking to stand up but Clay isn't so interested in that idea. Rice looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rice keeping moving, preventing Clay from controlling successfully. Clay drops back looking for a leg! Rice is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rice manages to kick Clay off! Clay jumps back into Rice's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Kimbo Rice showed his dominance in that final round. I think Rice has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
