Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Itamar Colaiuta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dennis Umbogo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Colaiuta's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Metallica-Battery . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Colaiuta feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Umbogo wants to get back to his feet but Colaiuta is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Umbogo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Colaiuta defends it easily. Umbogo throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Colaiuta is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Umbogo not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Colaiuta trying to move into half guard but instead Umbogo has managed to sweep! Umbogo trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Colaiuta manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Umbogo is trying to control the position but Colaiuta postures up. Colaiuta is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Colaiuta trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Umbogo working a defensive guard but Colaiuta passes into half guard.
Colaiuta keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Colaiuta trying to mount his opponent but Umbogo defends it. Umbogo wants to improve his position but Colaiuta is controlling well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Umbogo is trying to stand up here but Colaiuta is controlling him well. Umbogo gets back to full guard.

Itamar Colaiuta dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Umbogo wants to land a leg kick but Colaiuta is out of range. Umbogo tries to bum rush Colaiuta with a series of wild strikes but Colaiuta uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Umbogo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Colaiuta shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Umbogo reaches up to try and control the position but Colaiuta seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Umbogo rolls and tries to escape and now Colaiuta has his back!

That's one minute gone in the round. Umbogo looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Umbogo tries to escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Umbogo is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Colaiuta doesn't have the hooks in and Umbogo manages to turn into his guard.
Umbogo wants to control from the top but Colaiuta keeps moving.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Colaiuta changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Umbogo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Colaiuta taking a breather here. Umbogo wants to control but Colaiuta postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Umbogo is letting Colaiuta control him for a moment. You can see the frustration on Umbogo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Umbogo is looking for a sweep. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Umbogo wants to control but Colaiuta postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Itamar Colaiuta dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Colaiuta shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Colaiuta prevents Umbogo from improving his position. Colaiuta is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Umbogo! Umbogo is trying desperately to improve position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Colaiuta avoids the attempt from Umbogo to control. Umbogo tries to reverse the position but Colaiuta maintains control. Umbogo tries to hold on but Colaiuta postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Umbogo keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Umbogo manages to regain half guard. Good work. Itamar Colaiuta is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Colaiuta controlling the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Umbogo is trying to stand up here but Colaiuta is controlling him well. Dennis Umbogo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Well, if Colaiuta is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Colaiuta uses his free foot to push down on Umbogo's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Umbogo. Colaiuta stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Umbogo tries to clinch up.
And that's the end of the fight! Itamar Colaiuta showed his dominance in that final round. Well Colaiuta has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
