Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Get Some (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Smiff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smiff has chosen New born as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Get Some! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Tony Smiff! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smiff throws an overhand right that lands on Some's shoulder, as Some tries to avoid the shot. Some uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Smiff. Smiff throws a right hand that Some ducks under and follows up with a left that Some also avoids with ease. Tony Smiff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Smiff connects with the punch. Smiff wants to slow Some down by chopping away at his legs. Some shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Smiff throws out a loose jab but Some uses good head movement to avoid it. Smiff cracks the inside of Some's front leg. Smiff throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Some. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Smiff, right into the meat.
Some wild striking there from Some.
Some looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Smiff is defending against the submission attempts here by Some.
Some is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Smiff has managed to free his arm - good work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Smiff manages to escape and get back to his feet! Some shoots in for a double leg but Smiff sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Some tries to score a power double leg takedown but Smiff sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Some somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Get Some. That's going to take a lot out of him. Some is breathing heavily. Some shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Smiff but Smiff pushes him off and we're back to square one. Some shoots for a takedown but Smiff saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Smiff cracks Some with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Smiff has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Some to stand back up!
Some is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Smiff flashes Some a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Some's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Some crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Smiff punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tony Smiff!
