Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maoche The Smasher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Twayne Boneraper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Smasher is looking to clinch but Boneraper is avoiding it.

The Smasher looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Boneraper!
Boneraper tries to hold on but The Smasher pushes him away.
The Smasher in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
The Smasher trying to control but Boneraper is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boneraper slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

The Smasher stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boneraper swivels though and keeps the full guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Boneraper shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches The Smasher napping and manages to drive through into side control!

The Smasher takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Boneraper decides to stand back up.

Boneraper closes the distance and pushes The Smasher back into the cage.

The Smasher has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Boneraper is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Boneraper turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Boneraper manages to end up in side control.

Boneraper stands up and we're back to a striking position.

and The Smasher counters with a shoot takedown. Boneraper fights it but they end up in guard.

Boneraper shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. The Smasher manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Boneraper shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

The Smasher escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Boneraper gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The Smasher is working an open guard so Boneraper takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Boneraper throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

and Boneraper decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in The Smasher's guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Boneraper gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Boneraper shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Boneraper showed some decent athleticism there.

Boneraper seems to be looking for submissions.
Boneraper is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for The Smasher!

Boneraper is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, The Smasher has managed to free his arm - good work.

Well Boneraper has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
