Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rocky Dennis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hamms Beer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dennis's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Halloween Theme Song. Beer has chosen Hostile Mass as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rocky Dennis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hamms Beer!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Beer with that takedown attempt.
Dennis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Beer paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Beer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dennis tries to avoid it but Beer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dennis to the ground. Dennis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Beer shoots in but no luck this time.
Rocky Dennis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hamms Beer.
Dennis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Beer paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Beer decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Dennis's guard.

Dennis escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Beer gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Beer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dennis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Dennis is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

That was a close round but I would say that Rocky Dennis will probably get the nod.

Dennis wants to clinch.

Dennis throws a chopping leg kick but Beer manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Beer has his takedown stuffed

Beer is trying to stand back up but Dennis is controlling him

Beer is not content to let Dennis control the position.

Dennis is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Beer doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Dennis.
Beer has a hand on Dennis's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Dennis takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Dennis wants to control the pace but Beer is squirming around nicely.

Dennis is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Beer has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Beer!
Beer must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Beer throws a big right hand that misses.
Dennis is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Dennis lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Beer!
Beer tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Dennis lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

BOOM! Dennis connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Dennis is landing with some decent strikes but Beer is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Dennis prevents Beer from getting the reversal.
Beer has given up his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beer tries to break free.
Dennis lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Beer.
Dennis has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
I really don't envy Beer right now.
Beer is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Dennis is trying to stick to Beer's back but Beer is turning into Dennis. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Dennis's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Beer.

Beer is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Beer postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Dennis is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Beer, into his guard.
Dennis is looking to advance position but Beer has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Beer is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Dennis has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Dennis working to try and regain half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rocky Dennis dominated that second round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

The strikes coming from Dennis are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Dennis swings around for an armbar but Beer sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Dennis's guard.

and Dennis holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Dennis changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Beer fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Dennis will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Beer looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Dennis covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
