Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gaius Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kane Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander comes to the cage accompanied by Sweep the Leg. Jackson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Disintegrators by Megadeth kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Gaius Alexander has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Gaius Alexander seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexander uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jackson.
Jackson thows a body shot but no joy.
Alexander misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jackson misses with a two punch combination.
Jackson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jackson checks a leg kick.
Alexander cracks Jackson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Jackson scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Alexander throws a right and a left that Jackson avoids nicely.

Alexander lands a left and a right that send Jackson crashing to the mat, dazed. Alexander thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Jackson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Alexander shoots for a takedown but Jackson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

and Jackson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Alexander thinking.

Jackson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Alexander.

Alexander throws a looping overhand right but Jackson ducks down to avoid it.

Jackson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kane Jackson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Alexander tries for a takedown but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jackson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Alexander sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Jackson has managed to clinch.
Alexander pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jackson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Alexander connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Jackson misses with a double jab
and Alexander counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Jackson off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Alexander follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Jackson was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Gaius Alexander!
