Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and cory Poole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Anthony Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, cory Poole! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Jorge Garcia and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Poole fails to land the takedown. Poole tries for a takedown but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Poole closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Poole escapes and gets back to his feet. Poole throws a sloppy head kick and Jackson moves out of range easily. Poole changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jackson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Jackson is being controlled here. Poole in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Poole is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Jackson's shoulder. That is not cool. Poole throws an elbow but Jackson slips to the side and avoids it well. Poole wants to control but Jackson is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Poole has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Anthony Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Poole looks gassed! Jackson tries to clinch but Poole is having none of it. Jackson lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Jackson. Jackson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Poole moves into the clinch. Jackson working hard to break the clinch. Poole drops down looking for an ankle pick but Jackson pulls his leg out and moves away.
Anthony Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of cory Poole.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson tries to clinch but fails miserably and Poole counters with a shoot takedown. Jackson fights it but they end up in guard. Poole stops Jackson from standing up. Poole trying to control the position from guard on top but Jackson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Poole won't allow Jackson to get back to his feet. Jackson keeping moving, preventing Poole from controlling successfully. Jackson is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson kicks Poole off and gets to his feet. Jackson clinches but Poole breaks the clinch and Poole counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Poole. Poole wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving. Poole throws a big right hand that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Poole trying to control the position from guard on top but Jackson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Poole stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jackson wants to get back to his feet but Poole is in a dominant position and won't allow it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jackson dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Jackson tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Poole holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Jackson is trying to break free. Jackson can't break the clinch.
Jackson misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Poole decides to pull guard. Poole wants to sweep but no luck. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jackson wanted to stand there but Poole had control of the position. Poole trying to control the position here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Poole trying to keep a closed guard but Jackson is proving a slippery customer.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jackson won't allow Poole to sweep him here.

Despite being in the dominant position, cory Poole just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Poole works over Jackson's head and body with a nice combination. Jackson scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Jackson wants to clinch and Poole counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Jackson! Poole throws some wild stikes that Jackson manages to avoid easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson wants to try and get back to his feet. cory Poole has got the better of the ground game so far. Jackson trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Poole sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Jackson is trying to get back to his feet but can't. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Poole trying to control but he's not successful this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
cory Poole showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Jackson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Jackson takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Jackson lands a jab to Poole's midsection. A combination from Poole does no damage. Poole connects with a high kick. Jackson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Anthony Jackson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jackson tries to clinch but Poole moves out of range. Poole changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to avoid it but Poole manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jackson to the ground. Jackson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Jackson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Jackson moves in looking to clinch but Poole pushes him off. Jackson throws a combination. Poole tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Poole fails with an attempt to clinch.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Jackson tries to clinch but Poole moves out of range. Jackson scores with a decent looking hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Poole tries to move into range but Jackson moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Jackson doesn't manage to clinch there - Poole circles away.
Jackson clinches but Poole breaks the clinch and Poole moves into the clinch. Poole keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Jackson's efforts to push away. Poole breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Jackson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Jackson tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Poole counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Poole. Jackson scores with an uppercut up the middle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Jackson wants to break the clinch but can't.
Poole pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Poole misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Poole throws a jab when Jackson was well out of range. Jackson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Anthony Jackson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Poole circles away from the clinch attempt.
Poole takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Jackson scores with a jab to the body. Jackson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Jackson throws a series of strikes that have Poole backpedaling.
Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Poole paws at him with a jab and circles away. Jackson throws a nice looking combination but Poole bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Poole fails to land the takedown. Poole shoots for a double leg takedown but Jackson sprawls well. He's pushed Poole's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Anthony Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of cory Poole. Poole throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Poole circles away from the clinch attempt and Poole counters with a head kick. Jackson stuffs the takedown attempt from Poole. Poole gets slowly back to his feet. Jackson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Poole closes the distance and clinches. Jackson is trying to force a seperation but Poole has the dominant position. Poole goes for a takedown attempt but Jackson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson sizes up Poole with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Jackson tests Poole's chin there with a solid looking shot. Poole looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jackson is fending him off so far but Poole persists. Nope, Jackson circles away and we're back to standing. Jackson darts in trying to clinch and Poole counters with a shoot takedown. Jackson fights it but they end up in guard. Jackson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Poole is controlling him.
And that's the end of the fight! cory Poole comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Poole winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
