Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ray Sims (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil In (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Phil In was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
In's corner calls for a 1-2. In obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
In scores a takedown into full mount!
In fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Sims is rocked!
In looking for a guillotine from mount but Sims is having none of it.
Oh Sims is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sims defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from In.
Sims seems to have got his legs back now.
Sims is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Sims is in a horrible position here. In smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
In has hold of Sims's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Sims manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Sims tries to buck In off but he can't manage it.
Sims is desperately trying to improve his position but In has a good base and remains in mount.
Sims tries to hold on but In pushes him away.
Sims keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
In wants to control the pace but Sims is squirming around nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sims tries to reverse the position but In maintains control.
In breaks from Sims's wrist control and lands an elbow.
In stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
In lands a with a good body shot.
Sims is breathing heavily.
In is looking to clinch but Sims is avoiding it.
Sims fails with the takedown
and In counters with a huge left! Sims is in big trouble! He's backing up but In isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Sims from any more damage. A dominating finish by In!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Phil In!
