Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Frank White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roberto Kopite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White comes to the cage accompanied by Time 4 Sum Aksion. Roberto Kopite will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Frank White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Roberto Kopite! The judges for this bout are , and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White fails with the takedown. Kopite listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Kopite looks to land a left hand but White moved out of range nicely. White rushes Kopite and presses him up against the cage. White drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kopite pulls his leg out and moves away.
The fighters circling - Kopite throws out the jab but it was never going to land. White tries to clinch up. Kopite gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows White to score an easy takedown into full guard. Kopite is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst White is controlling him. White trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. White is looking to work some ground and pound but Kopite has wrist control. Kopite is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. White throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kopite works some decent striking defense from the bottom. White scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Kopite controls White momentarily but White frees himself. Kopite is looking to stand up but White isn't so interested in that idea. White being controlled here momentarily. White wants to control from the top but Kopite keeps moving. White might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. White trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. White throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. White is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. White drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kopite dives on top into guard. Kopite would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kopite trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. White is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Kopite preventing the sweep. White really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. White is trying to control the position but Kopite postures up. There's a bit of a scramble here and now White is on top in guard.
White won't allow Kopite to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. White drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kopite looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kopite looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kopite! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kopite throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Kopite tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. White controls the position for a moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Frank White will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Kopite cracks White with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. White avoids a punch combination nicely.
White tries to clinch but Kopite is having none of it. White shoots in for a takedown but Kopite shows good takedown defense. White moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. White looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kopite is fending him off so far but White persists. Nope, Kopite circles away and we're back to standing. Kopite stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Kopite lands with an uppercut that bounces White off the cage and back into rage. Kopite lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
White is rocked! Frank White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A punch combination from White misses. White tries to clinch but Kopite moves out of range. White shoots in for a takedown but Kopite shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank White. That's going to take a lot out of him. White misses with a wild combination.
Kopite has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kopite throws a hook but White blocks it. Frank White is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. White tries for a takedown but Kopite sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. White takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Kopite is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Kopite misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kopite throws a looping overhand right but White ducks down to avoid it. White fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kopite avoids it really well and circles away. White takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Kopite shoots in for a double leg but White sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. White pushes Kopite up against the cage in a clinch. Kopite wants to break the clinch but can't.

That's two minutes gone in the round. White jumps guard and drags Kopite to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. White is adopting a defensive guard. White is trying to control the position but Kopite postures up. Kopite stands up and waves to White to follow him. White shoots in but Kopite avoids the takedown attempt easily. White shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Kopite connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kopite connects with a single shot there. Kopite missing with a left hand there. White was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Kopite might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Kopite throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Kopite cracks a nice hook into White's ribs. Kopite throws a sloppy head kick and White moves out of range easily. Kopite scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Oh White is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! White loses concentration momentarily and Kopite pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! White crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Kopite finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Roberto Kopite!
