Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Sanczez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Sabin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanczez kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is OMG. Sabin has chosen Haterz Everywhere as his entrance music. Chris Sabin acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Pablo Sanczez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Sabin! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Daniel Bishop and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sabin misses with a head kick.
Sabin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sabin tries to clinch up. Sanczez swats away the attempt to clinch by Sabin. Sabin tries for a takedown but Sanczez sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Sanczez gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Sabin avoids a wild elbow strike from Sanczez. Sabin creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Sabin has clasped his hands together around Sanczez's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Sabin should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Sanczez takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Sanczez is trying to improve his position. Sabin misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Sabin scoring with punches from side control. Sabin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Sabin lands an elbow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sabin wants to control but Sanczez is keeping him busy. Sabin is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sabin works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Sabin landing strikes. Sabin working the body and head with strikes. Sanczez stops Sabin from passing to mount. Sabin looks gassed! Sabin looks up at the clock and then as Sanczez takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Sabin smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Sabin works to advance to full mount. Sanczez defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sabin putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! BOOM! Sabin connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Sabin avoids the attempt from Sanczez to control. Sabin landing shots from mount. Sabin cracks Sanczez with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Sabin lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanczez regains half guard. Sanczez is not content to let Sabin control the position. Sanczez is trying to get back to full guard. Sanczez is trying to stand back up but Sabin is controlling him
Sabin seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Sabin escapes and gets back to his feet. Sabin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Sabin loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Sabin is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Sanczez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sabin on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Sabin's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Sabin gets to his feet - Sanczez follows without any prompting. Sabin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sabin tries to close the distance and clinch but Sanczez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Sabin wants to clinch but Sanczez slips to the side and Sanczez counters with a nice double leg into guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sanczez passes easily into side control. Nice work. You can see the frustration on Sabin's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sanczez trying to control the action but Sabin is working from the bottom. Sabin sneaks back into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sabin takes a kick to the side of the head. Sabin is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Sabin pulls guard. Sabin has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Sabin has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Sanczez off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Sabin fails with an attempt to clinch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sabin throws a lazy head kick and Sanczez counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Pablo Sanczez is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sabin moves in looking to clinch but Sanczez pushes him off. Sabin throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Sanczez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Sabin throws a leg kick but Sanczez moved away. Sanczez scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Sabin fails in his attempt to clinch. Sanczez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sabin as he jumps to the side. Sabin clinches. Sanczez tries to circle away but Sabin has him pinned against the cage. Sabin manages to pull guard.

He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Sabin wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sanczez keeps working. Sabin sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Sanczez defending well though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanczez slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sabin postures up and lands a big shot to Sanczez's brow. Sabin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Sabin postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Sabin's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Sabin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Sabin is pushing down on Sanczez's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sanczez is fighting to maintain full guard but Sabin has managed to sneak the leg through. Sabin is looking to advance position but Sanczez won't allow it. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sabin connects with a nice short shot to Sanczez's temple. Sabin thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Sanczez on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sabin is nestled in close to Sanczez, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Chris Sabin has got the better of the ground game so far. Sabin throwing shots but Sanczez is blocking nicely. Sabin working the head and body with strikes. Sanczez taking some punishment here, with Sabin in his half guard.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Good leg kick by Sabin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Sabin throws a lazy head kick and Sanczez counters with a head kick. A lazy left from Sanczez finds it's target. Sabin doesn't manage to clinch there - Sanczez circles away.
Sanczez dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Sabin throws a lazy head kick and Sanczez cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Sabin throws a sloppy head kick and Sanczez moves out of range easily. Sabin moves in looking to clinch but Sanczez pushes him off. Sabin clinches up against the cage. Sabin drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Sanczez gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Chris Sabin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Nice sprawl there from Sanczez as Sabin shoots in. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sanczez. A head kick by Sabin misses and Sanczez counters with a one-two to the body. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sabin rushes Sanczez and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Sabin tries to score a body lock takedown but Sanczez shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Sabin wants a takedown but no success here.

Sanczez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sabin's waist but Sabin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sanczez off to one side. Sabin moves into the clinch. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Sabin has Sanczez pressed against the cage, preventing Sanczez from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanczez's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sabin pushes Sanczez up against the cage in a clinch. Sabin tries to break free but Sanczez pushes him back against the cage. Sanczez drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sabin has hold of one of Sanczez's legs. Sanczez is fighting the takedown attempt but Sabin gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Sabin is trying to stick to Sanczez's back but Sanczez is turning into Sabin. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Sabin's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Sanczez.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Sabin controlling Sanczez's posture. Sabin wants to get back to his feet but Sanczez is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Sanczez forces his way into half guard. Sanczez looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
And that's the end of the fight! Chris Sabin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Sabin winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
