The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesmar shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Lesmar was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lesmar cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Lesmar wants to control the pace but Mitchell is squirming around nicely.

Lesmar postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Mitchell looks a forlorn figure.

A big strike lands for Lesmar! That's really hurt Mitchell and he's turned his back - Lesmar keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Lesmar Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
