The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Marcello throws the left hand but Ghandi avoids the punch easily.

Marcello shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ghandi sprawls well. Ghandi wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Marcello gets slowly back to his feet.

Ghandi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Ghandi moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Ghandi slaps away a takedown attempt from Marcello, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Ghandi moves away from the strike by Marcello.
Ghandi throws a sloppy head kick and Marcello moves out of range easily.

Marcello is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Marcello rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ghandi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Marcello takes a swing at Ghandi's ribcage but misses.
Marcello feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Marcello has gone for a leg lock! Ghandi slips out almost immediately though and dives into Marcello's guard.

Marcello wants to hit a switch here but Ghandi passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Marcello there!
Marcello is desperately trying to improve his position but Ghandi has a good base and remains in mount.
