The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Borges.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Bolas moves out of range as Borges throws a body kick.
Bolas drives through with a takedown into guard.

Bolas trying to control the position from guard on top but Borges is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bolas drops back, looking for a kneebar! Borges looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Borges looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Borges!
Borges tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Bolas manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Bolas wants to control but Borges is keeping busy.
Bolas looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Bolas has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Borges is working away from the top position though.

Bolas slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Borges is breathing heavily.
Borges has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Bolas to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Borges is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bolas pulls down on the head and he's put Borges to sleep! This one is all over!
