Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zach Dahl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harrison Wrench (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dahl comes to the cage accompanied by Love Me Sexy. Zach Dahl could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Harrison Wrench's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zach Dahl! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Harrison Wrench! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dahl gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wrench to score an easy takedown into full guard. Wrench trying to control the position from guard on top but Dahl is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wrench throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Wrench pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dahl is keeping the position for now. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Wrench's corner. There ya go! That's two minutes gone in the round. Wrench wants to control from the top but Dahl keeps moving. Wrench's corner is telling him to maintain position. Dahl keeping moving, preventing Wrench from controlling successfully. Wrench keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Dahl's head. Wrench missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Wrench trying to control but Dahl is working from the bottom. Dahl keeping full guard, as Wrench tries to pass. Wrench not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Wrench is working Dahl over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Wrench wants to control from the top but Dahl keeps moving.
Despite being in the dominant position, Harrison Wrench just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Excellent takedown into side control there by Wrench.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Check out the look on Wrench's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Wrench is looking to take a break and control but Dahl is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Wrench looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Dahl wants to improve his position but Wrench is controlling well.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Wrench shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Wrench was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Dahl takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Wrench content just to control the position here. Wrench is landing with some decent strikes but Dahl is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Wrench cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Wrench cracks Dahl with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Wrench really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dahl. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wrench landing strikes from the mount and Dahl is in trouble! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Harrison Wrench dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Dahl throws a series of punches but Wrench moves out of range. Zach Dahl is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Wrench closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Wrench lands in his opponent's guard. Wrench should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Wrench trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Wrench must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Wrench works over Dahl with some ground and pound from guard. Wrench avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Wrench postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Wrench with a flurry of punches that miss. Wrench wants to control from the top but Dahl keeps moving. Wrench is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
