The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Alanmies throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Salo's waist but Salo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Alanmies off to one side.
Alanmies misses with a head kick.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Alanmies.
Salo tries a head kick but it misses.
Salo throws a head kick but Alanmies moves out of range.
Salo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Alanmies throws a head kick but Salo moves out of range.
A head kick by Salo - that's a beauty! Alanmies is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Salo can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
