Labeau is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Back in Black. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robin smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Labeau throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Robin connects with a nice looking jab.
Robin cracks Labeau with a right hand to the side of the head.
Good shot there by Robin.
Labeau fails with a takedown attempt.
Labeau lands with a shot to the body.
Robin lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Labeau on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Robin connects with a crisp jab.
Labeau is rocked!
Robin tries to bum rush Labeau with a series of wild strikes but Labeau uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Robin with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Labeau closes the distance and clinches up with Robin, looking for a takedown. Labeau pushes Robin against the cage but Robin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Robin lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Labeau at a distance.
Labeau looks gassed!
Labeau swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Labeau takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Labeau is still on wobbly legs! Can Robin finish him?
Labeau looks up at the clock. Bad move! Robin lands a right hand from hell, dropping Labeau. Robin pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nico Robin!
