Nava tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rivet swivels and escapes.
Nava takes one to the side of the head.
It looks like Jay Nava has been cut.
Rivet closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Nava to the mat! Nava manages to get full guard.
Nava is working an open guard so Rivet takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Rivet fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

enabling Rivet to counter with a crisp jab.
