Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bjorn Erling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Clark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bjorn Erling!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jordan Clark!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Erling avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Clark blocks a head kick by Erling.
Clark slaps away a takedown attempt from Erling, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Erling looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Clark is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Erling is controlling him.
Clark pushes Erling off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Erling bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Clark is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Clark wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.

Clark is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Clark flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Erling wants to pass the guard but Clark is defending well.

Erling wants to take a breather but Clark is having none of it.
Clark tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Clark is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Erling thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Clark is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Erling's half guard.
Clark slips a nice elbow through Erling's hands, connecting with Erling's forehead.
Erling has one foot on Clark's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Clark looks gassed!

Clark tries to clinch up.
Clark is looking to clinch but Erling is avoiding it.
Clark wants to clinch up but Erling keeps it at a distance.
Clark throws out a loose jab but Erling uses good head movement to avoid it.
Erling looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Clark flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Erling stands up from half guard.
Erling throws a head kick but Clark moves out of range.
Erling is looking to land body kicks.
Clark blocks a head kick by Erling.
Erling tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Clark counters with a low kick, right behind Erling 's knee.

Erling shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Clark napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Clark is looking for a sweep.
Erling wants to control but Clark is keeping him busy.
Clark gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

BOOM! Erling connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Clark is trying to escape the mount.

Clark is in a horrible position here. Erling smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Erling connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Erling tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Erling's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Clark throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Clark squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Erling sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Clark wants to try and get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Erling scores a takedown into full mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Clark gives up his back whilst trying to strike.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Clark is trying to stand back up.
Erling slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Clark tries to escape the position.
Erling controls the position.

Erling has the hooks in. Clark is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Clark staying busy and making it hard for Erling to control.
Erling controlling well, preventing Clark from escaping the position.
The referee is taking a good look at Clark as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Erling!
Erling lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Erling.
Bjorn Erling overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Erling lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Clark hold on?!
Clark is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
I would not like to be Clark right now.
Clark prevents Erling from getting a body triangle.
What can Clark do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Clark is trying to get back to his feet but Erling has full control of the position and if anything, Clark has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Erling is riding his opponent, not letting Clark buck him off.
Erling is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Clark has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Erling has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Clark taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Erling doesn't care though - he's delighted!
