Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryce Gryce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gryce is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Purple. The key to victory for Shane Liddell has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gryce shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Gryce raining down shots from the mount!
Gryce is working for a guillotine from mount but Liddell frees his head quite easily.
Gryce in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Liddell is squirming around, avoiding Gryce's attempts to control the action.
Liddell swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Gryce can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Liddell is looking to escape.
Liddell really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Gryce working away from the top, dropping strikes.
It looks like Shane Liddell has been cut.
Gryce has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Shane Liddell's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
