Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between A Washington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janne Marttila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Marttila's choice of entrance music: Bluemoon. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Washington tries to clinch up.
Washington looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Marttila darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Marttila seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Despite being in the dominant position, Janne Marttila just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Marttila should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
