Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Ringo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Correa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ringo comes to the ring accompanied by Rude Boy. Eric Correa has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Ringo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Eric Correa! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, John Roberts and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Correa lands a nice hook to Ringo's body. Ringo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Ringo ducks under a wild hook from Correa. Ringo closes the distance and clinches. Ringo has picked Correa up - he's going for a ride! Ringo dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Ringo not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Correa is trying to control but can't.
Ringo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Correa is just riding it out for now. Ringo eventually gives up the hold. Correa is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ringo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ringo's back! Ringo tries to roll but Correa sticks to his back.
Correa is riding his opponent, not letting Ringo buck him off. Ringo trying to control the hands but Correa won't let him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Correa is hanging on to Ringo's back as he tries to escape.
Correa has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Ringo! Can he survive? No! He's out! Correa gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
