Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brynn Watson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Francis Highway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Robert Douchet and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Highway tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Highway is looking to clinch.

A solid body kick from Watson.
Highway misses with an attempted mid kick.
Watson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Highway's waist but Highway gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Watson off to one side.
Watson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Highway as he avoids it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Highway looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Highway is looking for a sweep. Watson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Highway can do anything to dispel that myth.

Horrible takedown by Watson or perhaps it was just good defense by Highway which made him look bad.

Francis Highway showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Francis Highway comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Highway has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
