Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tim Ireland!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Outram tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ireland paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Outram is looking to clinch.
Ireland looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ireland lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Outram circles away quickly and effectively.
Outram stuffs the takedown attempt from Ireland. Ireland gets slowly back to his feet.
Ireland takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Ireland circles away from the clinch attempt.
Outram tries to clinch but Ireland moves out of range.

Ireland shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Ireland showed some decent athleticism there.
Ireland tries to pass the half guard into mount. Outram knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Outram is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Ireland's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Ireland's back!

Outram lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

Ireland is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

Outram is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Ireland is defending well though. Outram let's go of the attempt for now.

Horrible takedown by Ireland or perhaps it was just good defense by Outram which made him look bad.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Ireland is working for a guillotine from mount but Outram frees his head quite easily.

Ireland throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Outram because Ireland loaded up on that one.
Ireland fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Tim Ireland showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Outram shoots for a double leg takedown but Ireland sprawls well. He's pushed Outram's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Ireland closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ireland lands a heavy elbow.
Outram is wriggling around trying to escape.
Outram gets back to half guard.

Ireland stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Outram tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ireland swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A head kick misses from Outram.

And that's the end of the fight!
Tim Ireland comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Ireland has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
