Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ispa Nator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Usali Basilisk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Basilisk has chosen "welcome To My Nightmare" - Alice Cooper as his entrance music. Usali Basilisk will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ispa Nator!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Usali Basilisk!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nator throws a big shot that misses.
Basilisk tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nator sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Basilisk somewhat.
Nator misses with a body kick.
Ispa Nator seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Some bone on bone action there as Basilisk checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Basilisk is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Basilisk has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Nator.
Basilisk moves in looking to clinch but Nator pushes him off.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Basilisk.
Basilisk looks for a takedown but Nator sprawls well.
Ispa Nator has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Usali Basilisk.

Nator misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Basilisk moves out of range as Nator strikes.
Nator throws a right hand that Basilisk ducks under and follows up with a left that Basilisk also avoids with ease.
Ispa Nator is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Basilisk closes this distance looking for a takedown but Nator circles away.
Nator leaves Basilisk with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Nator misses with a double jab.
Nice sprawl there from Nator as Basilisk shoots in.
Nator moves into range and clinches up with Basilisk.
Nator's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Basilisk blocks a head kick by Nator.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Nator stuffs the takedown.
Basilisk displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nator throws out the jab.
Nator misses with a head kick.
Basilisk fails with a takedown attempt.
Nator wants to clinch up but Basilisk keeps it at a distance.
Nator clinches up with Basilisk and pushes him back against the cage.
Nator manages to break the clinch.
Nator darts in trying to clinch
and Basilisk counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Nator kicks Basilisk off and gets to his feet.

Nator swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Basilisk counters with a stiff right hand.
Basilisk throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Nator was covering up waiting for the punch and Basilisk finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Basilisk won't allow Nator to get back to his feet.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Basilisk accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Basilisk loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Basilisk looks gassed!
Basilisk throwing strikes but missing.
Nator might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Basilisk stops Nator from standing up.
Basilisk throws a strike but Nator rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Nator stands up from Basilisk's guard - Nator perhaps looking for a knockout.
Nator throws a sloppy head kick
and Basilisk counters with a shoot takedown. Nator fights it but they end up in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Usali Basilisk will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Basilisk avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Basilisk ducks under a wild hook from Nator.

Nator tries to clinch but Basilisk moves out of range.
Basilisk misses with a takedown attempt - Nator sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Nator defending against the ground and pound.
An elbow from Basilisk crashes against the mat.
Nator explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!

Nator defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Basilisk.
Basilisk is breathing heavily.
Basilisk closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Basilisk tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Basilisk has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Basilisk looking to control but instead Nator has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
Nator works his way to full guard. Good work.

Nator has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Basilisk off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Nator throws a head kick that misses.
Basilisk fails with the takedown.
Ispa Nator has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Usali Basilisk.
Nator looks to clinch
and Basilisk counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Nator managing to control the position.
Basilisk trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Nator wants to stand and escape but Basilisk is having none of it.
Nator pushes Basilisk off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Basilisk throws a series of punches but Nator moves out of range.
Nator swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A bone on bone clash there as Basilisk blocks the leg kick.
A jab from Nator misses.
Basilisk shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Nator pinned against the cage. Nator gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Nator rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Basilisk moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Nator tries to clinch there but Basilisk circles away.
Nator tries to bum rush Basilisk with a series of wild strikes but Basilisk uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nator misses with a double jab
and Basilisk counters with a nice double leg into side control. Nator won't be happy with that.
Basilisk throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Nator works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Basilisk throws a strike but Nator avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Nator manages to escape and get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Usali Basilisk showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Nator falls off balance throwing a combination
and Basilisk decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Nator's guard.
Nator is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Basilisk is controlling him.
Basilisk is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Basilisk trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Basilisk with a nice head shot there.
Basilisk throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Nator works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Basilisk postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Basilisk wants to control from the top but Nator keeps moving.
Basilisk is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Basilisk won't allow Nator to get back to his feet.
Basilisk has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Basilisk drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Nator parries the strikes from Basilisk easily there. Basilisk is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Nator to escape.
Nator prevents Basilisk from moving into mount.
You can see the frustration on Nator's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Basilisk throws an elbow but Nator slips to the side and avoids it well.
Nator is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Basilisk sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Nator is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Nator is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Basilisk has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Nator tries to clinch up but Basilisk circles away and keeps his distance.
And that's the end of the fight!
Usali Basilisk comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Basilisk winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
