The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vicious shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

I looks like Vicious might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Vicious seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Fay does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Fay fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vicious manages to avoid it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Fay throws a head kick but Vicious moves out of range.
Vicious closes the distance and clinches up with Fay, looking for a takedown. Vicious pushes Fay against the cage but Fay circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Fay, as that shot connected.
Fay misses with a head kick.
Vicious shoots in and drives through. Fay sprawls well.
Fay misses the shot to the body.
Vicious shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fay pinned against the cage. Fay gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Rachel Fay has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sid Vicious.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Vicious feints and as Fay raises his hands in defense, Vicious changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Vicious blocks a head kick by Fay.
Fay leaves Vicious with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Vicious tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fay sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Vicious somewhat.
Fay could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Fay missing with a left hand there. Vicious was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Fay throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Fay gets caught flat footed, as Vicious shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Vicious is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Fay is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Vicious looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Vicious trying to control but Fay is working from the bottom.
Vicious is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Fay is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Fay has escaped and now he's on top!

The fighters are battling for position here. Vicious manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Vicious working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fay doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Vicious is tightening it up a little... Fay has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Fay reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Fay taps out! nice BJJ there by Vicious!
