The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Face fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gracie manages to avoid it.
Gracie moves forwards but Face connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Face throws a hook but Gracie avoids it easily.

Gracie is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Gracie shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Face sprawls well. Face wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.

Face drops Gracie with a beautiful combination! Gracie stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Face is looking for the KO!

Face clobbers Gracie with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Oh Gracie is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Gracie seems to have got his legs back now.
Face ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Face slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Face throws a hook but Gracie avoids it easily.
Face throws a hook to the side of Gracie's head but Gracie sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Gracie takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Gracie takes one on the button.
Face drops Gracie with a naaaaasty hook - Gracie is in real trouble here! Face dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
