Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ray Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julimar Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hardy comes to the cage accompanied by I shot the Sheriff. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos throws a series of punches but Hardy avoids them all with ease.
Hardy fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Hardy is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Hardy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Santos but Santos pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Hardy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Santos jabs Hardy right on the nose. Hardy blinks but takes it well.
Hardy tries to clinch up.
Santos misses with a jab, cross combination.

Hardy moves into range and clinches up with Santos.
Hardy lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Santos is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Hardy gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Santos drops down looking for an ankle pick but Hardy pulls his leg out and moves away.
Santos misses with a jab, cross combination.
Santos misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Hardy.

Hardy tries to close the distance and clinch but Santos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Santos lands a left and a right that send Hardy crashing to the mat, dazed. Santos thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Hardy is rocked!

It looks like Ray Hardy has been cut.
Hardy gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Santos.
Oh Hardy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ray Hardy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hardy wants to clinch.

Santos misses with a double jab.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Santos flashes Hardy a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Hardy's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Hardy crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Santos punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
