The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head misses with a head kick.
Beam walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
A combination from Head does no damage.
Head tries to clinch but Beam is having none of it.
No joy there for Head, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Beam misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Head is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Head throws a series of punches but Beam avoids them all with ease.

Beam tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Head swivels and escapes.
Walder Head is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Beam avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Head swinging wilding here.
Head lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Beam circles away quickly and effectively.
Head throws a nice looking combination but Beam bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Walder Head seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Beam postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Head badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Beam around the waist but Beam pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Beam is the winner by TKO! Beam jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
