Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tek Stalker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Girevoy Khan!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan shoots in and drives through. Stalker sprawls well.
Stalker shoots and misses
and Khan counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Stalker had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Khan is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Stalker Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Khan's back instead.
Khan is keeping busy.
Khan wants to escape the position.
Khan turns into Stalker and is now in his guard.
Stalker wants to get back to his feet but Khan is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Stalker is breathing heavily.

Khan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stalker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Khan postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Stalker bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Khan's guard.

Stalker could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Khan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stalker swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Stalker doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Khan counters with a shoot takedown. Stalker fights it but they end up in guard.
Stalker working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Khan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Khan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Khan can do anything to dispel that myth.

Khan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stalker tries to avoid it but Khan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stalker to the ground. Stalker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Well Khan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
