Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Simon Humble!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Donatello Bradman and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hard walks into a jab.
Humble defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hard.
Humble gets a takedown into half guard.
Hard trying to control from the bottom.
Hard on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Humble stalling.
Hard keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Hard is trying to maintain the position but Humble is very close to passing his half guard.

Hard is looking to control Humble's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hard avoid being mounted?
Humble trying to control the action but Hard is working from the bottom.

Hard shoots for a takedown but Humble saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Good leg kick by Humble there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Humble feints and as Hard raises his hands in defense, Humble changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

and Hard counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Hard tries to bench press Humble off him but Humble keeps the position.

Hard pushes Humble off looking to stand but Humble dives back in and keeps control.

Humble fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Hard displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Humble.
Hard darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Hard is just content to waste time from the top position. Humble takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Hard stops Humble from standing up.
Humble pulls Hard in to control the position.
Hard decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Humble, up you get!
Hard gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Humble to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Simon Humble showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Hard with a lazy takedown attempt
and Humble decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hard's guard.
Hard bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Humble's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hard stands up and waves to Humble to follow him.
Humble closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hard did well to prevent Humble getting side control.

Hard tries to roll over but Humble keeps him under control.

Humble wants to control but Hard is keeping him busy.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Humble trying to pass the guard but Hard defending well.
Humble seems to be working for a kimura but Hard defends the submission attempt.
Hard has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Humble is working away from the top position though.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hard throws a left and a right that both miss
and Humble counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Hard throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Humble throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Hard has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Humble can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Hard throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Humble escapes and throws Hard's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Humble looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Hard is avoiding damage well.
Hard wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.

Hard is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Humble working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Humble stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Humble drives through with a takedown into guard.
Hard will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Humble wants to control from the top but Hard keeps moving.

Humbleis looking to pass into half guard but Hard pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Hard is in guard.
Hard trying to control the position from guard on top but Humble is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hard wants to get up but he can't break Humble's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Simon Humble comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Humble has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
