Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Blunteller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adolf Mossulini! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, George Francis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blunteller throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Blunteller shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mossulini sprawls well. Mossulini wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Blunteller gets slowly back to his feet. Mossulini swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Blunteller looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mossulini is fending him off so far but Blunteller persists. Nope, Mossulini circles away and we're back to standing. Blunteller shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mossulini pinned against the cage. Mossulini gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Blunteller. That's going to take a lot out of him. Blunteller is looking to clinch. Mark Blunteller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Blunteller tries to clinch there but Mossulini circles away.

That's one minute gone in the round. Mossulini throws a right and a left that both miss. Mossulini has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Adolf Mossulini has been cut. Blunteller could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Blunteller defending well as Mossulini loads up on a big left hand. Blunteller throws a head kick that misses. Blunteller tries to clinch but Mossulini moves out of range. Blunteller tries to clinch up but Mossulini circles away and keeps his distance. Mossulini throws a series of punches but Blunteller avoids them all with ease. Blunteller throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mossulini's waist but Mossulini gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Blunteller off to one side. Blunteller moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Blunteller on the wrong end of a nice hook.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mossulini avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Blunteller fails to land the takedown. Blunteller shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mossulini as he jumps to the side. Blunteller tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mossulini swivels and escapes. Left hook, right uppercut from Mossulini. Mossulini throws the left hand but Blunteller avoids the punch easily. Blunteller shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mossulini as he jumps to the side. Blunteller is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blunteller has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mossulini finds it's way round the side to connect with Blunteller's head. Blunteller shoots in for a takedown and gets it. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Mossulini tries to kick Blunteller off but Blunteller keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Blunteller is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mossulini doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Blunteller. Mossulini looks like he's trying to stand up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mossulini is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Mossulini blocking the ground and pound attempt from Blunteller. Mossulini is trying to stand back up but Blunteller is controlling him
Mossulini really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Blunteller. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Blunteller is looking to take a break and control but Mossulini is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Mossulini wants to stand back up but Blunteller manages to pass into side control.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Blunteller throwing shots but missing, from side control.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Blunteller looks to score with a jab to the body but Mossulini is just out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mark Blunteller dominated that round. The cut man is working on Adolf Mossulini's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Blunteller closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mossulini did well to prevent Blunteller getting side control. Mossulini wants to get back to his feet. Blunteller wants to pass the guard but Mossulini is defending well. Blunteller stops Mossulini from getting back to his feet.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Mossulini displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Blunteller. Blunteller fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Mossulini defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Blunteller. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Blunteller. That's going to take a lot out of him. Blunteller misses with a body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Blunteller takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Horrible takedown by Blunteller or perhaps it was just good defense by Mossulini which made him look bad. Blunteller tries to move into range but Mossulini moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Mossulini bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Blunteller's head backwards. Blunteller dodges the punch combination from Mossulini.
Mossulini clobbers Blunteller with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Horrible takedown by Blunteller or perhaps it was just good defense by Mossulini which made him look bad.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mossulini throws a combination. Blunteller tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Blunteller slips a jab from Mossulini. Blunteller walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Mossulini lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Blunteller is defended easily by Mossulini. Blunteller shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mossulini defends it nicely.

Mossulini obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Mossulini lunges at Blunteller with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Blunteller's hand. Mossulini swats away the attempt to clinch by Blunteller. Blunteller shoots for a double leg takedown but Mossulini sprawls well. He's pushed Blunteller's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adolf Mossulini showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Adolf Mossulini's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Adolf Mossulini seems to be getting the better of the standup. Mossulini throws a right and a left that Blunteller avoids nicely. That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Mossulini lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Blunteller. Blunteller moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Blunteller looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Mossulini will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Mossulini throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Blunteller shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Blunteller takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Blunteller tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mossulini sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Blunteller somewhat. Mossulini lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Mossulini. Mossulini might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Mossulini comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Mossulini waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Blunteller. Blunteller looks to clinch and Mossulini counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mossulini avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Blunteller tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mossulini swats him away and circles back towards the center. Blunteller looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Mossulini! Blunteller wants to control the pace but Mossulini is squirming around nicely. Mossulini is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Mossulini wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Blunteller.
And that's the end of the fight! Adolf Mossulini comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Mossulini has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
