Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between derek The clap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wendell Heart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The clap comes to the cage accompanied by Dope boyz. Heart has chosen Danzig - Mother as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, derek The clap! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Wendell Heart! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Heart takes a shot right to the bread basket. The clap shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. The clap showed some decent athleticism there. Heart moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Heart is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Heart wants to sweep here but The clap controlling him for the moment. Heart is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst The clap is controlling him. The clap trying to control the position from guard on top but Heart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Heart tries to land a sweep but no joy. The clap wants to control from the top but Heart keeps moving. The clap has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. The clap is really struggling to control Heart but he's trying to hold on to the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. The clap tries to stand but Heart is controlling from the bottom. The clap is breathing heavily. The clap sitting in guard here, content to control.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. The clap shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Heart but Heart pushes him off and we're back to square one. Heart moves into the clinch. Heart fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Heart has The clap pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. The clap manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Heart breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Heart tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. The clap keeps the fight on the outside. The clap misses with a jab, cross combination.
Heart doesn't manage to clinch there - The clap circles away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The clap is pressing down on Heart's thigh, looking to free his foot. Heart is holding on for now. Heart wants to get back to his feet.
Heart is trying to get back to full guard. Heart trying to get back to full guard but The clap takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! The clap tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Heart tries to improve his position but instead The clap has taken his back! The clap really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Heart. Heart fending off the submission attempt from The clap. Heart can't escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Heart is covering up but some of the strikes from The clap are getting through and doing damage.
The clap keeps control of the position as Heart tries to break free.
Oooh a big shot gets through from The clap. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!

Heart tries to break free.
Heart is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Heart turns into The clap and is now in his guard.
Heart wants to control from the top but The clap keeps moving. The clap is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Heart wants to stand and escape but instead The clap has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. The clap sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Heart is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Heart looking to control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. The clap fails with the takedown. Heart wants to clinch up but The clap keeps it at a distance. Heart fails with the takedown and The clap moves into the clinch. Heart working aggressively here.
Heart is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Heart is trying to slow the pace down but that's a couple of times in a row that he's tried to get underhooks and The clap has denied him. A head punch blocked on the inside by The clap. Heart lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of The clap backwards. Heart scores with a nice hook to the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
derek The clap dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Heart clinches but The clap breaks the clinch and The clap counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Heart's guard now. Heart looking to hit a scissor sweep but The clap is one step ahead there. The clap works over Heart with some ground and pound from guard. Heart looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Heart lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for The clap! Heart looking to control but The clap is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Heart lands a big elbow. Heart avoids the attempt from The clap to control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Heart with shots to the head and body - The clap looks very uncomfortable down there. Heart fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
That's one minute gone in the round. The clap is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The clap is wriggling around trying to escape.
Heart landing strikes from the mount. A nice elbow there by Heart. The clap wants to hold on but Heart pushes him away. The clap is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Heart is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Heart unloading with bombs! Heart landing strikes from the mount. Heart breaks from The clap's wrist control and lands an elbow. The clap avoids a series of strikes thrown by Heart.
Heart throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. The clap is looking to get to half guard. derek The clap overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Heart controlling from the full mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A nice elbow there by Heart. Heart looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Heart prevents The clap from getting the reversal. Heart lands a heavy elbow. The clap sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. The clap has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Heart is working away from the top position though. Heart is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and The clap reverses the position - he's now on top in Heart's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The clap thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Heart lands a decent shot there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Heart throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Heart manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. The clap manages to get himself to full guard.
Heart stands up over The clap, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Heart wants to control from the top but The clap keeps moving. Heart chips away with some ground and pound. Heart is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Heart lands a couple of decent looking shots. The clap lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Heart! Heart is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The clap trying to pass the guard but Heart defending well. Heart has one foot on The clap's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Heart looks to clinch and The clap counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Heart trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! The clap stopping the sweep attempt from Heart. The clap is stalling in the full guard. Heart looking for a guillotine here but The clap defends easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The clap lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Wendell Heart will probably get the nod - 10:9. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Heart shoots and misses and The clap counters with a single leg into guard. Heart didn't expect that. Heart has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The clap won't allow Heart to sweep him here. Heart has his feet on The clap's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Heart tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but The clap swivels and escapes. The clap forces Heart back against the cage and clinches. The clap jumps guard.
The clap looking to sweep here. No luck so far. The clap keeping moving, preventing Heart from controlling successfully. Heart passes into half guard. Heart stops The clap from getting back to his feet.
Heart is keen to just control but The clap is a slippery customer. The clap trying to control but Heart postures up.
Heart takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. The clap is looking to improve his position.
The clap preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. The clap is trying to stand up here but Heart is controlling him well. Heart slips a nice elbow through The clap's hands, connecting with The clap's forehead. Heart is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. The clap doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Heart.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. The clap darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The clap seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Heart does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Heart wants to get back to full guard but The clap has mounted him! Heart is looking to get to half guard. BOOM! The clap connects with a massive shot to the dome!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The clap manages to capitalize on a mistake by Heart to take his back! Heart can't escape the position.
The clap doesn't have the hooks in and Heart manages to turn into his guard.
Heart throws and elbow that misses. The clap uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Heart's guard. Nice move by The clap! Heart working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. The clap doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Heart is tightening it up a little... The clap has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! The clap reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! The clap taps out! nice BJJ there by Heart!
