OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Brennerd lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jordan backs up against the cage.
Jordan dives in and grabs Brennerd's left leg, looking for a takedown. Brennerd pushes down on Jordan's head and hops out.
Brennerd fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Jordan.
Jordan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Brennerd tries to avoid it but Jordan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Brennerd to the ground. Brennerd escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Jordan shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Jordan swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Brennerd is now in Jordan's guard. A big mistake from Jordan there, giving up the dominant position!
Jordan seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Jordan is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Brennerd has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jordan is proving hard to escape from.

Jordan pulls Brennerd in close to his closed guard and prevents Brennerd from doing any damage or advancing position.
Brennerd wants to get up but he can't break Jordan's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Jordan looking for subs off his back but Brennerd has passed one foot through into half guard.
Jordan is looking to control Brennerd's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Jordan avoid being mounted?
