Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Hudd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jude Cotterell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kyle Hudd!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jude Cotterell!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cotterell is looking to clinch.
Kyle Hudd seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hudd closes the distance and clinches up with Cotterell, looking for a takedown. Hudd pushes Cotterell against the cage but Cotterell circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hudd.
Cotterell moves in looking to clinch but Hudd pushes him off.

Hudd gets the takedown into side control.
Cotterell tries to bench press Hudd off him but Hudd keeps the position.
Hudd scores with a couple of short elbows.

Cotterell is working to avoid the ground and pound but Hudd connects with a decent elbow.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hudd accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Kyle Hudd has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jude Cotterell.

Cotterell closes the distance and clinches.
Cotterell tries to pull guard but Hudd won't allow it.

Hudd has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Cotterell finds it's way round the side to connect with Hudd's head.

Cotterell changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hudd tries to avoid it but Cotterell manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hudd to the ground. Hudd escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Hudd shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cotterell but Cotterell pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cotterell looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hudd is fending him off so far but Cotterell persists. Nope, Hudd circles away and we're back to standing.
Hudd leaves Cotterell with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hudd looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Cotterell with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
