Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dean Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amadeo Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Dean Hardy has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dean Hardy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Amadeo Diaz! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hardy tries to close the distance and clinch but Diaz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hardy tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Diaz paws at him with a jab and circles away. Hardy is looking to clinch. Diaz is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Hardy tries to close the distance and clinch but Diaz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hardy is looking to clinch. Hardy is looking to clinch. Diaz fails with the takedown. Hardy on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Diaz. Diaz obviously looking to wear him down.
Hardy is looking to clinch. Hardy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Diaz swats him away and circles back towards the center. Hardy fails with an attempt to clinch.
Diaz is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Hardy's half guard. Diaz lands with a punch from half guard. Diaz prevents Hardy from standing back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hardy kicks Diaz off and gets back to his feet. Hardy stuffs the takedown attempt from Diaz. Diaz gets slowly back to his feet. Hardy fails with an attempt to clinch.
Dean Hardy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz closes the distance and pushes Hardy back into the cage. Hardy working Diaz over with knees to the body. Diaz is looking to break free of the clinch but Hardy has double underhooks. Hardy lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Hardy working Diaz over with knees to the body. Diaz looks gassed! Hardy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hardy tries to clinch up and Diaz counters with a two punch combo. Hardy looks to clinch so Diaz counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hardy wants to stand up but Diaz is controlling him. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hardy keeping moving, preventing Diaz from controlling successfully. Hardy striking off his back but it's not causing Diaz any problems.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Diaz stops Hardy from standing up. Diaz wants to pass the guard but Hardy is keeping the position. Hardy wants to get back to his feet but Diaz is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Diaz gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Diaz circles away from the clinch attempt and Diaz counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Diaz pushing down on Hardy's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Diaz stops Hardy from getting back to his feet.
Diaz looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hardy is refusing to be controlled, as Diaz sits in half guard. Hardy tries to kick Diaz off in order to stand up. Diaz Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Hardy wants to get back to his feet. Diaz lands an elbow. Diaz advances to full mount. Diaz controlling his opponent. Diaz looking to control but Hardy is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Hardy is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Diaz postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hardy looks a forlorn figure.
Diaz tries to control but Hardy wriggling away. Diaz is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Hardy wants to hold on but Diaz pushes him away. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hardy is looking to improve his position but Diaz isn't that keen on the idea. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Amadeo Diaz dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Hardy tries to clinch up and Diaz counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Diaz. Diaz trying to control the position from guard on top but Hardy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hardy looking to control.
Diaz is stalling in the full guard. Diaz lands a couple of decent looking shots. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Diaz slips nicely into half guard. Hardy is trying to stand back up but Diaz is controlling him
That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz wants to control but Hardy is keeping him busy. Diaz decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Diaz gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. With the fighters up against the cage, Hardy throws an elbow but misses. Hardy misses with a knee to the head. Diaz breaks the clinch.
Diaz looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Hardy! Diaz landing shots from mount. Diaz landing strikes from the mount. Hardy is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Hardy tries to buck Diaz off but he can't manage it. Hardy is trying to stand but he's just given Diaz his back. Hardy is really stuck here.
Hardy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hardy is trying to get back to his feet but Diaz has full control of the position and if anything, Hardy has just worked his way into a worse spot. Diaz has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Hardy! Can he survive? No! He's out! Diaz gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
