Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remy Hoost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evans kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is "Four Words To Choke Upon" by BFMV. Hoost is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Man With A Harmonica. Remy Hoost acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Anderson Evans! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Remy Hoost! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Luis Engracia and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hoost tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Hoost throws a head kick but Evans moves out of range.
Nice cross by Hoost. Hoost throws the kick towards the body but Evans avoids it. Remy Hoost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hoost looks to land a combination but Evans avoids it well. Hoost pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hoost connects with a solid leg kick. Evans tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Hoost misses with a wild combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hoost throws a head kick but Evans moves out of range.

Hoost tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Evans was well out of range. Poor timing from Hoost. Nice body kick from Hoost. Hoost misses with a double jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hoost keeps Evans at a distance using the push kick. Hoost dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Evans. That did some damage! Hoost tries a head kick but it misses.
Hoost scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Good leg kick by Hoost there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Hoost connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Hoost looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Hoost fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Evans. Evans fails with the takedown. Hoost attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Evans defending well as Hoost loads up on a big left hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hoost lands with a thumping leg kick.
An inside leg kick lands from Hoost. Hoost cracks the inside of Evans's front leg. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hoost.
Evans moves out of range as Hoost throws a body kick.
Evans misses with a takedown attempt - Hoost sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anderson Evans. That's going to take a lot out of him. Evans on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hoost. Hoost obviously looking to wear him down.

Hoost tries to bum rush Evans with a series of wild strikes but Evans uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Evans takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Hoost's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Hoost duly obliges. Good leg kick by Hoost there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Hoost lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hoost, right into the meat.
Hoost misses with a body kick. Hoost throws a nice outside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hoost lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Evans shoots for a takedown but Hoost saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Hoost misses with a body shot.
This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Evans might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hoost.
Evans is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Evans doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Hoost is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Evans rather than just go for the knockout. Hoost misses with an attempted mid kick.
Remy Hoost is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A combination from Hoost does no damage.

A punch combination from Hoost misses. Evans steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Hoost. That one must have hurt. A chopping leg kick lands by Hoost. Some wild striking there from Hoost.
Hoost fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Evans.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hoost is looking to slow Evans down with leg kicks. Evans takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Hoost throws a right hand that Evans ducks under and follows up with a left that Evans also avoids with ease. Hoost throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Evans on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Evans on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hoost. Hoost obviously looking to wear him down.

Hoost looks for the body kick but Evans saw that one coming. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hoost pivots, looking for a leg kick but Evans is out of range and Hoost settles back down. Hoost feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Evans's calf. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Remy Hoost showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Nice sprawl there from Hoost as Evans shoots in. Hoost connects with a high kick. Hoost bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Hoost dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Evans. That did some damage! Hoost goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Hoost buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hoost displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Evans.
That's one minute gone in the round. Whack! Hoost lands a heavy head kick that drops Evans. The ref tackles Hoost to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Evans was done.
