Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Doe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nate King! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Doe fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Doe stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from King. King wants to clinch up but Doe keeps it at a distance. Doe fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. King sprawls well initially but Doe persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Doe is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for King! Doe putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Doe has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of King's face.
King is rocked! Doe throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! King has his hands clasped together but Doe breaks the hold and King is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Doe!
