Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Riley Quinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Natua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quinn comes into the arena with Living in Sin blaring out of the sound system. Riley Quinn has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Quinn throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Quinn lands with a nice body punch. Natua shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Quinn as he avoids it easily. Quinn fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Natua sprawls well initially but Quinn persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Quinn with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Natua trying to hold on to Quinn's head to control him but Quinn postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Natua might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Quinn kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Quinn is figuring out what he wants to do next. Natua is looking for a sweep. Quinn is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Quinn is trying to control. Natua wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Quinn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Quinn is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Quinn shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Quinn showed some decent athleticism there. Quinn seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Quinn wants to work for an arm triangle but Natua is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Natua is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Natua moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Quinn has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Quinnis looking to pass into half guard but Natua pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Natua is in guard. Natua trying to control but Quinn is working from the bottom. Natua missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Quinn wants to stand up but Natua is controlling him. Natua trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Quinn is breathing heavily. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Quinn avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Quinn throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Natua fails with the takedown and Quinn counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Natua is looking for a sweep. Quinn is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Quinn scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Natua is trying to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Quinn wants to take a breather but Natua is having none of it. Quinn working Natua over with strikes. Natua looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. The fighters are battling for position here. Natua manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Quinn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Natua swivels though and keeps the full guard. Quinn throwing strikes but missing. Natua wants to sweep here but Quinn controlling him for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Natua tries to clinch up and Quinn counters with a nice double leg into guard. Quinn stopping the sweep attempt from Natua. Natua is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Quinn drops back looking for a leg! Natua is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Natua manages to kick Quinn off! Quinn jumps back into Natua's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Quinn gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Quinn shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Natua tries to roll over but Quinn keeps him under control. Quinn decides to stand up. Natua with a poor takedown and Quinn counters with a nice double leg into side control. Natua won't be happy with that. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Quinn trying to control the position but Natua is working away. Natua is looking to regain half guard here but Quinn keeps moving and retains side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Natua is trying to control Quinn's posture but Quinn avoids it. Natua is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Quinn decides to stand up, so the ref orders Natua to his feet. Quinn closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Quinn lands in his opponent's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Natua is trying to control the position but Quinn postures up. Quinn stopping the sweep attempt from Natua. Quinn tries to free his leg and advance position but Natua is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Natua looking to hit a scissor sweep but Quinn is one step ahead there. Natua is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Quinn fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Natua, pushing him back against the cage. Natua is fighting off a takedown attempt but Quinn is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Natua to the mat. Natua regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Natua is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Quinn is controlling him. Quinn trying to control the position from guard on top but Natua is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Quinn is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Natua shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Quinn counters with a single leg into guard. Natua didn't expect that. Quinn working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Natua's head. Natua working for submissions but it's allowed Quinn to get to half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Natua won't allow Quinn to pass to mount.

Quinn got a little sloppy there for a moment and Natua has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Quinn has managed to get both his arms back between Natua's legs - danger averted. Riley Quinn overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Natua trying to keep a closed guard but Quinn is proving a slippery customer.
