Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Terry Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikkel Halvorsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Halvorsen's choice of entrance music: The End of Heartache. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Halvorsen shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Tyler wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Halvorsen has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Tyler's body.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Halvorsen drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Tyler moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Halvorsen postures up in Tyler's guard and throws a big left but Tyler blocks it.
Halvorsen wants to control from the top but Tyler keeps moving.

Halvorsen decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Tyler, up you get!
Tyler really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Let's hope that Halvorsen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Mikkel Halvorsen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Tyler is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Halvorsen doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tyler.
Halvorsen is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tyler's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tyler's back!

Well Halvorsen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
