The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Travers shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Nice's guard.
Travers wants to control from the top but Nice keeps moving.
Travers must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Nice controls Travers momentarily but Travers frees himself.
Nice keeping moving, preventing Travers from controlling successfully.
Nice is trying to control the position but Travers postures up.
Nice keeping full guard, as Travers tries to pass.
Travers wants to control from the top but Nice keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Travers is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Travers is trying to land a reversal but Nice doesn't like that idea too much. He pushed the legs to the side and dives into side control. He's managed to grab a loose arm triangle. Nice is tightening it up though! This could be trouble for Travers! Travers trying desperately to escape but he's gone limp! He's out! Wooooorld class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from Nice!
