Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Levi Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kresimir Hajduk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Levi Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kresimir Hajduk!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hajduk.
Hajduk misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hajduk shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Hajduk was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Diaz is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Diaz is trying to reverse the position but instead Hajduk has taken his back - oops!
Diaz really must keep his cool here. He's controlling one of Hajduk's hands and whilst he does that, he's got a chance of escaping the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Hajduk looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Diaz is fending him off so far but Hajduk persists. Nope, Diaz circles away and we're back to standing.

Diaz closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hajduk did well to prevent Diaz getting side control.
Diaz looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Diaz thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hajduk's head.

Hajduk is striking well from the back but Diaz escapes and manages to control the positon and works his way to half guard. A much better position - the crisis is over for the time being.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Diaz is doing well to control the position and prevent Hajduk from advancing to side control.
Hajduk is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Diaz has managed to free his arm - good work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Diaz is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Diaz is looking to control Hajduk's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Diaz avoid being mounted?

That was a close round but I would say that Levi Diaz will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Hajduk throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Levi Diaz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Hajduk keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

and Diaz counters by moving into the clinch.

Hajduk turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Hajduk manages to end up in side control.

Hajduk gets control of Diaz's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hajduk will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Diaz is looking to work some ground and pound but Hajduk has wrist control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Diaz moves in looking to clinch but Hajduk pushes him off.
Diaz throws a right and a left that Hajduk avoids nicely.

and Hajduk counters with a nice uppercut.

and Diaz counters with a shoot takedown. Hajduk fights it but they end up in guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Diaz shoots in but Hajduk avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Hajduk gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Diaz fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Diaz tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hajduk just stands there and leans against the cage.

That was a close second round but I would say that Levi Diaz will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Diaz looks to land a left hand but Hajduk moved out of range nicely.
Hajduk fails to land the takedown.
Diaz lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Diaz darts in trying to clinch
so Hajduk counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Hajduk in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

and Hajduk counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Hajduk is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Hajduk pushes down on Diaz's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Kresimir Hajduk comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
