The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Clark lands a high kick!

It looks like Mathas Holliday has been cut.
Holliday misses with a two punch combination.
Holliday slips under a jab.
Holliday fails with a takedown attempt.
Clark connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Holliday doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Holliday misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Clark.
Holliday tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Clark smiles and moves away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Clark throws a hook but Holliday avoids it easily.
Holliday chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Clark can pounce on him.
Taylor Clark seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Clark moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Clark connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Clark cracks Holliday with an open hand slap.
Clark buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Holliday is breathing heavily.

Clark lands a really nice looking cross but Holliday seems unphased.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Clark fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Clark uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Holliday has time to react.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Clark! Holliday is out on his feet! Clark rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Holliday is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Holliday is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
