Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Genki Sudo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Radek Olczyk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sudo comes to the cage accompanied by Mad World. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Genki Sudo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Radek Olczyk!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Olczyk looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Sudo misses with a few strikes there.

Sudo feints and as Olczyk raises his hands in defense, Sudo changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Olczyk wants to improve his position but instead Sudo has moved into half guard.
Olczyk is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Sudo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Olczyk makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Sudo has Olczyk up against the cage in a clinch.
Sudo keeps control of Olczyk as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Sudo breaks the clinch.
Sudo misses with a double jab.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Sudo throws a series of punches but Olczyk moves out of range.
Olczyk fails with the takedown
and Sudo counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Olczyk fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sudo, pushing him back against the cage.
Olczyk can't break the clinch.

Sudo breaks from the clinch.

Olczyk has Sudo up against the cage in a clinch.

Sudo has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Olczyk clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Sudo looking for the choke but no joy.
Olczyk looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.

Sudo goes for a risky armbar from back mount and it's not paid off. Olczyk escapes and is now in half guard on top.
Sudo keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Sudo wants to get back to his feet.
Sudo is not content to let Olczyk control the position.

Sudo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sudo tries to bum rush Olczyk with a series of wild strikes but Olczyk uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Olczyk takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Olczyk shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Sudo counters with a stiff right hand.
Sudo lands with a nice combination. Olczyk backs away looking to recover.

Sudo rushes Olczyk and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Olczyk tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sudo smiles and moves away.
Olczyk tries for a takedown but Sudo circles away easily

and Sudo counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Genki Sudo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Radek Olczyk.
Sudo passes Olczyk's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Olczyk manages to get to full guard.

Olczyk is looking to sinch up a triangle. Sudo throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Olczyk's body to avoid the submission. Olczyk has instead reached around Sudo's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Olczyk arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
