Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bob Bellow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bob Bellow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roger Evans! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bellow stuffs the takedown. Bellow throws a nice looking combination but Evans bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Bellow's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Bellow duly obliges. Bellow uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Evans. Nice defenses there by Bellow. Evans tries to clinch up but Bellow circles away and keeps his distance. Evans takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Bellow will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Evans scores with a one two! Bellow had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Evans is looking to clinch. Evans throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A swing and a miss from Bellow. Bellow jabs Evans right on the nose. Evans blinks but takes it well. Bellow dives in and grabs Evans's left leg, looking for a takedown. Evans pushes down on Bellow's head and hops out. Evans throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Evans ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Evans closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bellow circles away. Bellow misses with the combination.
Evans is looking to clinch but Bellow is avoiding it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bellow gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Evans to score an easy takedown into full guard. Bellow is trying to control the position but Evans postures up. Evans controlling from the top position. I looks like Evans might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Evans postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bellow looking to hit a scissor sweep but Evans is one step ahead there. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bellow is on top in guard.
Bellow slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Bellow wants to control from the top but Evans keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Evans is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Evans looking for a guillotine here but Bellow defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Evans looks gassed! Bellow trying to control the position from guard on top but Evans is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bellow has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Bellow misses with a wild body shot. Bellow just misses with a punch to the body.
Evans moves into the clinch successfully.
Bellow tries to pull guard but Evans holds him up against the cage and eventually Bellow drops back down to his feet.

Bellow really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Bellow has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Evans uses from the top position. Bellow is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Bellow tries to land a sweep but no joy. Bellow not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bellow had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Evans defends it easily. Evans sitting in guard, not really doing much. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Bob Bellow will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Evans takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Bellow throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Evans. No joy there for Bellow, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Evans lands a really nice looking cross but Bellow seems unphased.
Bellow defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Evans. Bellow misses with a hook to the body
and Evans counters with a two punch combo. Evans is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Evans is breathing heavily. Bellow connects with the punch. Bellow throws a body punch but Evans moves out of range. Evans fails with the takedown and Bellow counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Evans is rocked! Bellow waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Evans. Evans is still on wobbly legs! Can Bellow finish him?
That's one minute gone in the round. Bellow throws a looping overhand right but Evans ducks down to avoid it. Bellow thows a left - swing and a miss! Evans keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bellow. Bellow throws a right hand that Evans ducks under and follows up with a left that Evans also avoids with ease. Bellow misses with a straight left. Bellow tries to bum rush Evans with a series of wild strikes but Evans uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Bellow throws a jab when Evans was well out of range. Evans dodges the punch combination from Bellow.
Bellow rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Evans moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Evans misses with a takedown attempt - Bellow sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Bob Bellow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roger Evans. Bellow throws a hook to the side of Evans's head but Evans sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Evans bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Bellow throws a looping overhand right but Evans ducks down to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Evans keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bellow. A swing and a miss from Bellow. Bellow throws a hook but Evans blocks it. Evans avoids a punch combination nicely.

Evans slips under a jab from Bellow. A swing and a miss from Bellow. Bellow is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Evans. Bellow swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice defenses there by Evans. Nice defenses there by Evans. Bellow lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Evans circles away quickly and effectively. Evans ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Bellow is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bellow missing with a left hand there. Evans was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Evans falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bellow scores with a counter punch that sends Evans to the canvas! Bellow smells blood - he's punishing Evans with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Evans has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
