Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Christian Cong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dino Cazares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cong comes into the arena with Jibbs - King Kong blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cong scores with a nice strike.
Cong looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Dino Cazares seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cazares shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cong as he avoids it easily.
Cazares avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cong throws a right hand that Cazares ducks under and follows up with a left that Cazares also avoids with ease.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cazares.
Cong keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Christian Cong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dino Cazares.
Cong blocks a head kick by Cazares.
Cong misses with a double jab.
Cazares swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
letting Cong counter with a right hand.
Cazares with a poor takedown
and Cong counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cazares throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Cazares throws a right and a left that Cong avoids nicely.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cazares looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cong swinging wilding here.
Cong is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Cong scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Cong cracks Cazares with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Cazares tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Cong pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Cazares is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Christian Cong!
