Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Piotr Rasputin Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Learmont (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Learmont has chosen Snoop Dogg and Young Jeezy - Wannabes as his entrance music. Steve Learmont has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Learmont lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Rasputin tries to hold on but Learmont postures up.
Rasputin sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Learmont is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rasputin defends it well.

Learmont is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rasputin is just riding it out for now. Learmont eventually gives up the hold.
