The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James throws a right hand that nash ducks under and follows up with a left that nash also avoids with ease. nash looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! James avoids the head kick by nash.
nash keeps the fight on the outside. nash loads up on a big right hand but James slips the punch. nash throws a combination that misses and James counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. James closes the distance and lands a one-two. James tries to close the distance and clinch up but nash swats him away and circles back towards the center. nash throws a left and a right that both miss
and James holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. James fails to pull guard.
