The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogerio changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Flash looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Flash is looking for a sweep.
Flash is trying to control Nogerio's posture but Nogerio avoids it.
Flash is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Nogerio's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Flash is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Flash wants to control but Nogerio is keeping busy.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Nogerio drops back looking for a leg! Flash is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Flash manages to kick Nogerio off! Nogerio jumps back into Flash's guard.

Flash had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Nogerio defends it easily.

Nogerio has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Flash doesn't defend quickly enough and Nogerio has managed to lock this one up! Can Flash escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Nogerio on a fantastic submission victory.
