Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shane Bao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tatsuya Komada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Komada's choice of entrance music: Little Busters. The key to victory for Shane Bao has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bao throws the kick towards the body but Komada avoids it.

Komada drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bao manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Komada has Bao in his guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bao is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Komada still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Komada has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Komada lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Bao down.
