Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John The Pitbull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Kraken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Pitbull comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny B. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John The Pitbull!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mark Kraken!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Pitbull jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Kraken throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
The Pitbull dives in and grabs Kraken's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kraken pushes down on The Pitbull's head and hops out.
Kraken misses with a looping right.
Kraken scores with a decent looking hook.


It looks like John The Pitbull has been cut.

Kraken connects with a single shot there.
The Pitbull fails with a takedown attempt.
The Pitbull throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kraken on the side of the head.
Kraken slaps away a takedown attempt from The Pitbull, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John The Pitbull. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The Pitbull moves forwards but Kraken connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Kraken really doesn't want to stay on the ground with The Pitbull. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kraken is squirming around, avoiding The Pitbull's attempts to control the action.

The Pitbull is stalling here. Kraken is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! The Pitbull seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Kraken has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

I would just about give that final round to Mark Kraken.
